Create your own signature salsa, aioli, and relish. The chefs at Fresh Market provide the lists of ingredients and suggest that you experiment and create the perfect balance for your taste buds!

Fresh Market’s Mango Salsa

  • Diced mangos
  • Homemade BBQ sauce or Richards from Vermont
  • Red, yellow and orange bell peppers, cut in small dice
  • Red onion, diced
  • Finely chopped mint
  • Finely chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sugar or honey to taste
Combine the mangos, BBQ sauce, bell pepper and onion; add the herbs and toss. Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.

Fresh Market’s Blue Cheese Aioli

  • Danish Blue or Boucher blue, crumbled
  • Homemade mayonnaise or your favorite brand
Gently fold on blue cheese crumbles into the mayonnaise

Fresh Market’s Cucumber Relish

  • Fresh cucumbers (preferably pickling cukes), cut in small dice
  • Kosher dill pickles, cut in small dice
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Red, yellow and orange bell peppers, cut in small dice
  • Fresh tomatoes, diced
  • Sugar or honey to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Finely chopped dill
  • Finely chopped parsley
Combine the cucumbers, pickles, vinegar, bell peppers, and tomatoes and toss. Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Sprinkle with dill and parsley and toss.
