Winegrowers Ethan Joseph, Stephen Chick, Josh Stecker, and Tyler Mackelvey will take you through the slow, yet magical, process of turning grapes (and sometimes even water!) into wine.

At this yearly event, you'll gather with a small group in our winery amongst the tanks and barrels. You'll have the unique opportunity to taste, and learn about the journey of our unreleased 2023 IAPETUS wines (plus a bonus Shelburne Vineyard Marquette Reserve) in various stages of transformation and aging.
