Grilling the Perfect Steak
Start with a 2-inch-thick New York strip steak or 2-inch-thick rib eye, both excellent steaks for the grill.
Ask one of our butchers to rub a bit of our famous House seasoning on your steak. Add salt and pepper.
Turn your grill to high; turn down to medium when you put the steak on.
For medium rare, cook 4 to 5 minutes on first side, cook 3 to 5 minutes second side; internal temperature should read 135 degrees.
Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
